RELAIS 7
After the catastrophe, five bunkers survive without ever seeing each other. They only communicate through a single radio relay.
You are that relay's operator. Alone in your room. You will never see the outside world, never the other bunkers, never a single face. All you have are voices, indicator lights, and a clock.
Each of them calls you to ask for help, propose a trade, or get news of another. You decide who talks to whom, what gets passed on, and in what form. You can relay faithfully. You can distort. You can send nothing at all and let them believe the message went out. No one can check — until the day two bunkers speak to each other directly.
Six days. The people calling you don't wait forever: they get impatient, they push, then they hang up. Everything you transmit becomes a debt, with a deadline and a way to verify it. Lying isn't punished right away. Lying creates a debt.
The game is about losing track of the books on your own lies.
The five bunkers don't trust you the same way, and they don't hold the same things against you. You will never see those numbers. You'll only hear it in the tone of their voice — and wonder since when. One or two of them are lying about who they are. You can only find out by cross-checking.
At the end of the sixth day, everyone still transmitting speaks once more and says what they think of you. Then, in silence, the tally of those who went dark — and which of them still believed in you.
